The Chef
Most chefs don't enter the culinary industry for the money. Art Rogers has worked in kitchens since he was a teenager, and was always concerned with the industry's climate impact. He opened his restaurant Lento in 2007, but it struggled financially until an unlikely breakthrough in 2015.
